This evening’s lesson comes from our daily Bible reading and responds to the question asked by first century unbelievers. They had given up on the second coming of Jesus, just as many have done today.
As we busy ourselves with life, we forget some important things. One thing we must not forget is that the Lord has promised us that He will return. May we live with this knowledge until He does return.
Among the greatest desires any of us has for the new year are the blessings of grace and peace. They will be “multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus Christ our Lord.”
