It takes all of us working together.  It includes our choice of friends, having an “accountability partner” for specific struggles, and involvement with church functions.  We have to build each other up with encouragement, instruction and correction.

What does spiritual maturity look like and how do you develop it?  Offshoots include: growing through mistakes, knowledge and discernment, dealing with persecution, overcoming temptations and enduring tragedy.

Focus on the decline of our moral code.  Include a look at what our society places importance on as well as what distractions individuals allow in their lives.  Discuss how we are to be different than the world.
